Boone County Commissioner Jesse Brewer was born and raised in the Cincinnati, Ohio area as the oldest of four children. As a young adult, Jesse chose to enlist in the United States Army, where he served as a reservist while pursuing his college education. After relocating his family to Boone County in 2002, Jesse left his position in law enforcement and chose to start his real estate investment and property management business, Cincy Area Properties, in 2006.

Being an entrepreneur, Jesse learned to manage investments based on solid planning, effective financial management, and sound personnel management principles. During his current term as Boone County Commissioner, he has successfully negotiated several contracts that benefit the residents of his county.

In addition to running CAP, Jesse believes it’s important to be active in his community and has started a nonprofit to benefit the children in Boone County. The nonprofit, The Brewer Foundation, has two missions. The first mission, called Landlord Santa, is a privately funded event to assist elementary school-age children in getting basic necessities and holiday gifts in the winter months. Many of the students are nominated by their school’s family resource department and, if chosen, are taken on a shopping trip to get brand new jackets, socks, shoes, gloves, any other necessities, and toys. The second mission of the Brewer Foundation is to provide one-time scholarships to area high school seniors who have shown potential through their community involvement.

The proud father of four children, Jesse tries to be involved in youth sports and other recreational activities. Volunteering for many of the youth teams in the area as well as sponsoring them financially, Jesse puts his best foot forward for the children of Boone County and build bridges into the future by bringing like-minded people together for a brighter future.

With vision, energy, integrity and enthusiasm, Jesse has taken Boone County to new heights during his time in office and we hope to continue this path over the next four years with the re-election of Jesse Brewer as Boone County Commissioner.
