Boone County Commissioner Jesse Brewer was born and raised in the Cincinnati, Ohio area as the oldest of four children. As a young adult, Jesse chose to enlist in the United States Army, where he served as a reservist while pursuing his college education. After relocating his family to Boone County in 2002, Jesse left his position in law enforcement and chose to start his real estate investment and property management business, Cincy Area Properties, in 2006.

Being an entrepreneur, Jesse learned to manage investments based on solid planning, effective financial management, and sound personnel management principles. During his current term as Boone County Commissioner, he has successfully negotiated several contracts that benefit the residents of his county.

In addition to running CAP, Jesse founded the Brewer Foundation, a nonprofit designed to benefit Boone County's children. The Brewer Foundation has two missions. The first mission, called Holiday Angels, is a privately funded event to assist elementary school-age children in getting basic necessities and holiday gifts in the winter months.  The second mission of the Brewer Foundation is to provide one-time scholarships to area high school seniors who have shown potential through their community involvement.

The proud father of four children, Jesse is involved in youth sports and other recreational activities in Boone County. On the weekends you can see him coaching, volunteering, or supporting youth teams financially.
